Gabi Peretto

Novarese by birth, Chinese by adoption. He lived in Milan, where he graduated in architecture with Andrea Branzi and Arturo Dell'Acqua. From 1995 to 1997 he worked with the Andrea Branzi studio in Milan and the Tamra studio in Nagoya, Japan. In 1998 he founded the Omikron Design factory and designed its main collections. For FontanaArte he created the wall lamps Simplicity and Yves and the suspensions Serpentine and Spiral Tribe. He has always lived and worked in Canton, in the People's Republic of China, where he founded his own brand Gabi Peretto. The sense of design for Gabi Peretto always has the character of a "militant designer". The aim is to make a contribution to the growth and innovation of industrial design in its contemporary context. The project is always for a large number, it is not only creativity but above all optimization and simplification of production processes. Industrial production and infinite series are the objectives of Gabi Peretto's projects.
