Thalea, created by Paolo Rizzatto and Francesco Librizzi, is a series of coloured glass and aluminium lampshades. Thanks to an innovative joint, it offers configurations inspired by Renaissance art. With two light sources, it combines design and functionality, reflecting FontanaArte’s style.

Paolo Rizzatto lives and works in Milan dealing with architecture, interiors, design and education. In 1978 he founded the company Luceplan with Riccardo Sarfatti and Sandra Severi. His works are included in the permanent collections of numerous museums and foundations. He has designed for Italian and foreign companies.
